• From Saturday, 25th January 2025 through Sunday, 2nd February 2025: PCB will be closed in observance of 2025 Tet Holiday

• Business will resume on Monday, 3rd February 2025

The PCB credit report query system shall be available 24/7 during the holiday. Therefore, the system shall continue to return credit reports normally for participating organizations and individual customers who wish to make queries. With requests such as re-issuance of accounts, information verification… PCB shall respond as soon as possible after the office reopens.
