17/06/2008: With the support from International Finance Corporation, PCB held international bidding for a strategic partner in building a Credit Bureau.
In 2007

27/11/2007: PCB Investment Joint Stock Company (PCB) was established with initial charter capital of 20 billion VND, contributed by the top 11 commercial banks in Vietnam. PCB aimed to become the first Credit bureau with international standard in Vietnam.
