Holiday notice – 2026 New Year Holiday

First and foremost, Vietnam Credit Information Joint Stock Company (PCB) would like to thank you for trusting and using our products and services.

For your information, PCB would like to announce our 2026 New Year Holiday schedule as follows:

• Thursday, January 1st 2026 and Friday, January 2nd 2026: PCB will be closed in observance of 2026 New Year Holiday

• Business will resume on Monday, January 5th 2026

• The working day on Friday, January 2nd 2026 will be rescheduled to Saturday, January 10th 2026.

The PCB credit report query system shall be available 24/7 during the holiday. Therefore, the system shall continue to return credit reports normally for participating organizations and individual customers who wish to make queries. With requests such as re-issuance of accounts, information verification… PCB shall respond as soon as possible after the office reopens.
