Can I register an account for someone else?

The service (user login) will be automatically locked after the customer enters the wrong password more than the specified number of times (currently 5 times). In case you are locked or have forgotten your password, please come to the office or call for support to unlock or change the service password.

HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THE REPORT OBTAINING SERVICE?

  • You can register for PCB service in one of the following two ways:
    – Register for PCB service through the website.
    – Register online on the app: customers who have used the PCB service with an active status at PCB, successfully downloaded the application on the store can register for the PCB service on the application by authenticating through the information. Security information of PCB Online service includes: Username/ Service registration phone number; PCB Online service password/Service PIN code; and One-time password (OTP) sent to the customer’s service registration phone number.
