- With the support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), PCB was established on November 27th, 2007 by 11 leading commercial banks in Vietnam. PCB aimed to become the first Private Credit Bureau with international standard in Vietnam. After nearly 2 years of bidding and negotiation, CRIF officially became PCB’s strategic partner. With technical know-how and expertise transferred from CRIF, PCB can successfully implement the first Private Credit Bureau in Vietnam.
