Post credit report support for individual customers
 
1. Addressing inquiries about the information within the credit report:
Customers can contact PCB for support in clarification of basic information fields (excluding information verifying identification details and information of the contributed organizations) through:

2. Upon discovery of inaccuracies in the credit report:
Customers can opt for one of the following approaches:
– Use the registered email address to send email clearly stating inaccuracies and requesting corrections.
– Submit the required document at the PCB’s office.
The document includes:
– Request form (following Form 1)
– Supporting documents:
  • Copy of National ID/Passport
  • Returned credit report from the PCB’s system
  • Other documents proving that the information is inaccurate
The submitted documents shall be received and reviewed by the Customer Services Department. Within 5 working days upon receipt, PCB shall send a notice regarding results via email or in-person.
