For credit information service:
Customers may check the newest update version of the “Credit Information” application if using on phones. In case of inability to register after having updated newest version, please provide PCB with the following information:
– Screenshot of the error
– Registered phone number
– Username / personal identification number
– Time of error
– Information of device used to register (type of device and device id)
For credit information service:
Customers access “Credit Information” application or website https://thongtintindung.pcb.vn/ and follow the below steps to recover password:
– Click “Login”
– Click “Forgot password”
– The system will send a link to reset password to the registered email
– Click the link provided by PCB to reset password
Please note that password must follow the required standards including: a minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character
For ID365:
Access ID365 website
– Click “Forgot password/username”
– Choose “Password”
– Enter “Username”
A temporary password will be sent by SMS to the registered phone number. When logging into the system, customers must change into new password following the required standards including: a minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character
For credit information service:
– In the main screen, click “Login” then click “Login by SMS”
– Enter phone number and date of birth as registered
– Use OTP received through SMS to login
After successfully logging in, click on the hamburger icon in the top-left corner of the screen to recheck “Username”
For ID365:
– Access ID365 website
– Click “Forgot password/username”
– Choose “Username”
– Enter “Phone number” and ‘Email” registered. “Username” will be sent to the registered email
A Credit Report is a detailed report collected from various Participating Organizations reflecting the borrower’s credit history, including identification details, loan information, overdue debts, bankruptcies, and the most recent credit inquiries. Data related to the customer’s payment history is reconciled in the customer’s credit file and is used by Participating Organizations as part of the loan assessment process.
For credit information service:
– Free credit report for the 1st time: 48 hours after the time of request
– From the 2nd time of the year: 48 hours after PCB system records successful payment
For ID365:
Credit report will be returned after successful package payment
PCB is sorry to inform that due to security reasons, customers can only register for account of Credit Information or ID365 for themselves
