1. Customers are entitled to acknowledge that their personal data is processed by PCB using specialized softwares to create credit information products. The customers’ data is collected, stored and processed by an innovative credit information system to ensure information safety.
2. Customers have the right to consent or reject the provision of their credit information by Participating Organizations to PCB. PCB only collects credit information of customers with consent. Based on government legal regulations on credit information activities and other relevant regulations, Partcipating Organizations and customers shall agree on the provision of credit information to credit informatiom company. 3. Customers are allowed to access to view, edit or request PCB to review and assist with verification. In case the information is incorrect, customers can request PCB to correct by sending email to …. After receiving customers’ documents, the Customer Service Department will review, verify and collaborate with related departments and shall respond with the customers’ registered method no later than 05 working days from the end date of correction (If the customers disagree with PCB’s response, they have the right to request PCB to initiate a mediation). The time for handling and correcting credit information is as follows, depending on the specific case:
Case 1: If the incorrect information arises from PCB’s information processing, PCB shall correct within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of request
Case 2: If the incorrect information arises from the collection process of Participating Organizations, PCB shall inform customers of the handling process with clear details on the sources of incorrectness within a maximum of 5 working days and collaborate with Participating Organizations to correct within a maximum of 10 working days, from the date of request
4. Customers can request to withdraw / delete / restrict / reject to their data processing in compliance with the law, except for cases where: (i) within the storage period of credit information; (ii) or within the period of recording negative information,; or (iii) other regulations specified in Clause 2 Article 16 of Decree 13.

6. PCB respects the customers’ rights in filing complaints, denuciation, lawsuit and claim for compensation and comply with the regulations if relevant
7. Customers are allowed to self-defense in accordance with law or competent authorities
8. According to the principles for providing credit information products, PCB:
– Provide credit information products following Article 21, Decree 58
– Provide credit information products containing identification information of customers to other financial institutions when the customers agree to allow these institutions to use the credit information products provided by credit information company, except in cases where the institutions have been given consent as provided in Clause 4 Article 4, Decree 58.
– Not allow to provide credit information products containing identification information of customers to organizations and individuals specified in Point đ Clause 1 Article 21 Decree 58.
9. PCB is exempt from liablity in case customers are affected by leakage of their personal data
